Return and Refund Policy
RESPECT THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS
BEFORE making a return request, please ensure that you meet the following conditions:
- The item is in its original packaging
- The request must be made within 14 days (from the date of delivery).
- The item must be in its original condition.
GENERAL RETURN CONDITIONS
We offer a free 14-day return and refund policy (legal delay).
Provided, of course, that the goods are in the same condition as when delivered.
You have 14 days from receipt of the product to return it to us and request a refund.
If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, we will refund you immediately.
This is because we only process orders 24 hours after they have been placed, so that we can amend any errors or changes of mind made by our customers.
If you would like a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, please read the following paragraph.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
The parcel must be packed in exactly the same way as when you received it, to avoid damage to the products during transport.
To return an order within 14 days, please contact us via our contact form or directly at contact@animal-puzzles.com
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
The return process can take up to 14 days from the time you hand in your parcel at the relay point.
Once the return has been received and processed, we will issue a refund and send you confirmation by e-mail.
Please keep your return receipt as proof until you receive the confirmation e-mail.
Please note that we don't have a return address in France, so you'll have to pay for your return to Europe (see Terms and conditions of Sale).
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T GET MY PARCEL BACK?
For orders returned to us because the customer has not collected the parcel, we do not refund the order. Except in special circumstances, of course.
