WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES FOR OUR PRODUCTS?
We deliver exclusively to the United States and use an on-demand production model to:
- Reduce waste: By producing only what is ordered, we avoid overproduction and excess inventory.
- Lower our carbon footprint: Limited production significantly reduces our environmental impact.
Delivery times:
- United States: Standard delivery within 2 to 5 business days, following an average production time of 2 to 5 business days.
- Rest of the World: Delivery is currently unavailable.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please ensure that the delivery information provided is correct. If any information is incorrect, contact our Customer Service team within 14 business days of placing your order, and we will assist you.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

WHAT IF MY PARCEL IS DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL?
If your parcel or products are damaged on arrival, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged parcel and items at contact@animal-puzzles.com. Once we receive the photos, we will process your claim as quickly as possible.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE INCORRECT ITEMS?
Please check your order confirmation to verify your order. If you received the wrong items, contact us via contact@animal-puzzles.com, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
